SIGNOR (SIGnaling Network Open Resource) is a manually curated repository of experimentally supported, causal relationships between human proteins and other biologically relevant entities (chemicals, phenotypes, complexes, families, stimuli). Each interaction is annotated with effect, mechanism, directionality, evidence (PMID), and a relevance score, enabling construction and analysis of signed, directed signaling networks and pathways. Cite SIGNOR (Lo Surdo et al., 2022 NAR) when using data; interaction data are directional and signed—verify effect/mechanism fields when integrating.
