Overview

MouseMine is a data warehouse for accessing integrated mouse data from Mouse Genome Informatics (MGI) and other web resources. Built on the InterMine software framework, MouseMine provides powerful tools for querying and analyzing mouse genomic, phenotypic, expression, and disease data.
