Build system for Brain_Cell_KG. A Docker Compose OBASK pipeline fetches the source OWL/RDF files listed in config/collectdata, loads them into an RDF4J triplestore and builds a Neo4j knowledge graph; Makefile targets generate ROBOT templates, OWL mapping files and Cypher-based CSV reports. No prebuilt graph dump or public Neo4j instance is released.
